  • We aim to ship your order within 3 business days after you've paid, except on holidays when our warehouse is closed.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location, and you pay for it during checkout.

    Delivery Times:

    • For domestic shipments in the US, it usually takes 2 - 7 days.
    • International shipping is case by case, so email us at admin@onedogful.com for details.

    Changing Address:

    • You can change your delivery address before we send your order out.

    P.O. Box and Military Addresses:

    • We use USPS for P.O. Boxes and military addresses.

    Out of Stock Items:

    • We do our best to keep our stock info accurate, but sometimes things run out.
    • If something's out of stock, we'll wait or offer a refund if it takes more than 5 business days to restock.

    Tracking Info:

    • We'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.
